The
way the story was relayed to me, Jeanne King had picked out a really
nice blue carpet for the sanctuary and most agreed that it would be a
nice color.
But the youth minister wanted red carpet.
So on the night that the church voted for carpet, the youth minister had
a party and got all the youth to show up for the vote.
The majority ruled and really, really red carpet was installed shortly
thereafter.
